We keep this short. Dorado Technologies collects only what's needed to respond to your inquiry or book a discovery call. We do not sell your data, run advertising, or track you across the web.

Dorado Technologies is an Odoo ERP implementation brand operated by CMEFA Group, registered in Morocco. This policy covers the website at doradotechnologies.com and any sub-pages.

When you fill in the contact form, we collect:

Job title / role
Email address
Phone number (optional)
Message and project details (optional)
Industry and preferred language (inferred from the page)

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data.

To respond to your inquiry and qualify your project
To schedule and conduct a discovery call via Calendly
To send follow-up communications related to your ERP project

We do not use your data for marketing campaigns, automated profiling, or third-party advertising.

4. Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored in a private Notion database accessible only to the Dorado Technologies team. Notion is hosted on AWS infrastructure (US-East). Calendly, if you book a call, processes your scheduling data under their own privacy policy.

5. Cookies

This website uses only functional cookies necessary to remember your cookie consent preference (stored in your browser's localStorage). No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies are set.

If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated before they are activated.

6. How long we keep your data

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion. If no commercial relationship develops, data is deleted after 12 months.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of your data
Rectification — correct inaccurate information
Erasure — request deletion of your data
Restriction — limit how we process your data
Portability — receive your data in a portable format
