Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Dorado Technologies is an Odoo ERP implementation brand. The person responsible for your data (the data controller) is Saadallah Elbejjaj, Consultant, trading as Dorado Technologies, based in Morocco. This policy covers the website at doradotechnologies.com, our newsletter, and our business prospecting (section 4).

2. What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we collect:

• Full name
• Company name
• Job title / role
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Message and project details (optional)
• Industry and preferred language (inferred from the page)

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your inquiry and qualify your project
• To schedule and conduct a discovery call via Calendly
• To send follow-up communications related to your ERP project

We do not use your data for automated profiling or third-party advertising, and we do not sell it. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send it; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every issue.

4. Business prospecting (if we contacted you)

We sometimes contact companies directly about Odoo ERP implementation, by phone, LinkedIn or email. If you received such a message, here is what applies:

• What we hold: your name, job title, professional email and phone number, your company, and a note of when and how we contacted you.
• Where it comes from: public professional sources (company websites, public business directories, professional profiles) and, for some contacts, a professional contact database (Apollo). We note the source for every contact.
• Why, and on what basis: to offer a service relevant to your professional role. In Europe we rely on our legitimate interest in business-to-business prospecting (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). In Morocco we ask for your agreement before emailing you, in line with Law 09-08.
• Your right to stop it: reply "stop" to any message, or email saadallah@doradotechnologies.com. We stop immediately and keep only a minimal entry so that we never contact you again.
• Retention: contacts who do not respond are deleted 12 months after our last contact.

5. Where your data is stored and who processes it

Form submissions are stored in a private Notion database accessible only to the Dorado Technologies team. Notion is hosted on AWS infrastructure (US-East). Calendly, if you book a call, processes your scheduling data under their own privacy policy.

Other service providers that process data on our behalf: Odoo (our CRM), Google Workspace (email), Apollo (prospect database and email sequencing), and Resend (newsletter delivery). Some of them are located outside Morocco and the EU, under their own data-protection terms.

Security. We use two-factor authentication on our business accounts, encrypted devices, and restricted access to prospect and contact data.

Chat assistant. If you use the chat on our site, your messages are sent to an AI provider (currently Groq) to generate replies; do not share sensitive information in the chat. We do not keep chat transcripts, and the conversation stays in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. If you ask to talk to a person, the name, email, request and recent messages you provide are sent to the Dorado Technologies team by email and Telegram so we can reply to you.

6. Cookies

This website uses only functional cookies necessary to remember your cookie consent preference (stored in your browser's localStorage). No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies are set.

If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated before they are activated.

7. How long we keep your data

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion. If no commercial relationship develops, data is deleted after 12 months.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR (if you are in the EU or EEA) and Moroccan Law 09-08 (if you are in Morocco), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your data
• Rectification — correct inaccurate information
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
• Restriction — limit how we process your data
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest

To exercise any of these rights, email saadallah@doradotechnologies.com. We will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your data-protection authority: the CNDP in Morocco, or, in the EU, your national authority (in France, the CNIL).

9. Links to other sites

This website links to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Calendly. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms. Please review their policies independently.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. We will not retroactively reduce your rights without notice.
